The Spirit of Truth! – The Most Holy Trinity
The Spirit of Truth, my Dear Congregation, will guide us in all truth! Jesus said so:
John 16: 12 to 15: I have yet many things to say unto you, but ye cannot bear them now. Howbeit when he, the Spirit of truth, is come, he will guide you into all truth: for he shall not speak of himself; but whatsoever he shall hear, [that] shall he speak: and he will shew you things to come. He shall glorify me: for he shall receive of mine, and shall shew [it] unto you. All things that the Father hath are mine: therefore said I, that he shall take of mine, and shall shew [it] unto you.
So what is the Spirit of Truth? Is it not the ultimate wisdom? The wisdom people have without thought? Was the Spirit of Truth, the ultimate wisdom, what we know without thinking, what God had imagined when he first made mankind (see Greetings from Paradise, chapter ‘In the Beginning’)?
Gen. 1: 27: So God created mankind in his [own] image, in the image of God created he it; male and female created he them.
Being male and female was important, not a big brain, not an upright stance, not an opposable thumb, none of that. Just male and female.
The Spirit of Truth, the ultimate wisdom, which was from the beginning and shall be to the end, spoke to King solomon:
The LORD possessed me in the beginning of his way, before his works of old. I was set up from everlasting, from the beginning, or ever the earth was.
When [there were] no depths, I was brought forth; when [there were] no fountains abounding with water. Before the mountains were settled, before the hills was I brought forth: While as yet he had not made the earth, nor the fields, nor the highest part of the dust of the world. When he prepared the heavens, I was there: when he set a compass upon the face of the depth: When he established the clouds above: when he strengthened the fountains of the deep: When he gave to the sea his decree, that the waters should not pass his commandment: when he appointed the foundations of the earth: Then I was by him, as one brought up with him: and I was daily his delight, rejoicing always before him; Rejoicing in the habitable part of his earth; and my delights were with the sons of men. Now therefore hearken unto me, O ye children: for blessed [are they that] keep my ways. Hear instruction, and be wise, and refuse it not. Blessed [is] the man that heareth me, watching daily at my gates, waiting at the posts of my doors. For whoso findeth me findeth life, and shall obtain favour of the LORD. But he that sinneth against me wrongeth his own soul: all they that hate me love death.
Wisdom’s delight was with the sons of men, right at the creation of the world! The Spirit of Truth is a spirit of Delight in the sons of men! Refuse not the instruction of the Image of God of the way he made us in the Spirit of Truth, the ultimate wisdom!
My Dear Congregation, when I published Greetings from Paradise I thought it would spread like wild fire all around the globe and people would embrace the message. But the Spirit of Truth does not bring peace with the world. So let me finish with a message of hope:
Therefore being justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ: By whom also we have access by faith into this grace wherein we stand, and rejoice in hope of the glory of God. And not only so, but we glory in tribulations also: knowing that tribulation worketh patience; And patience, experience; and experience, hope: And hope maketh not ashamed; because the love of God is shed abroad in our hearts by the Holy Ghost which is given unto us.
And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.
